Who do you sell to?

We sell to all B2B customers, including wholesalers, retailers, distributors, importers and online retailers.

Which markets do you supply?

We work with buyers in international markets. Tell us the destination and products you need so we can confirm supply options, documentation and any restrictions.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order value is €15,000.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We only source genuine products, from authorised distributors or directly from manufacturers. A strict quality control and supplier verification process makes sure your money is safe with us when you prepay an order.

Can I combine products from different brands?

Yes, where the products and shipment requirements are compatible. Share your quantities and destination, and we’ll discuss how to consolidate the order.

Can I mix food and non-food in one order?

Yes. Food and non-food products can be combined in one order where the shipment requirements allow.

Who handles labelling and customs?

We coordinate the labelling, export documentation and customs support agreed for your shipment. Delivery terms and responsibilities are confirmed before dispatch, with destination-specific requirements reviewed as part of the order.

Which documents come with a shipment?

It depends on the shipment. Standard documents include the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate and CMR. Some documents depend on what the manufacturer can provide, so we can’t guarantee that every product comes with all of them.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Białystok, Poland.

How quickly do orders ship?

Confirmed orders ship within 1–2 weeks of receiving the prepayment, subject to product availability.

How long does a refund take if an order is cancelled?

Refunds for cancelled orders usually take 1–4 business days.
