Discuss your brand

We agree the marketplaces and online channels that suit your range, customer and commercial plan before the work begins.

How E-commerce as a Service works

Start with one channel or all of them. Either way, the work runs in three stages, with one team responsible for each.

  1. Planning and onboarding

We agree your channels, prepare product content and Polish translations, and set pricing and launch priorities. Marketplaces typically go live within 1–2 weeks, your own store in about a month.

  2. Day-to-day operations

Manage listings, offers and customer enquiries while coordinating stock, fulfilment and returns.

  3. Marketplace marketing

Plan and run promotions across the agreed channels, then use the available results to refine the next campaign.

Fully automated. Fully transparent.

Every channel runs on one connected system, so the routine work happens by itself and our team spends its time on growing your sales. You see the same numbers we do.

  • Orders go straight to fulfilment An order from any channel reaches our warehouse the moment it is placed. Nothing is typed in twice.
  • Stock stays in sync Sell a unit on one marketplace and your stock updates on every other channel, so nothing is oversold.
  • One change, every channel Prices, listings and promotions update across all your channels at once.
  • Your data, whenever you want it A dashboard set up for your brand shows sales, stock and performance for every channel.

Case studyMars Petcare

From nothing to official Mars Petcare stores in under a month

We built official stores for all of Mars Petcare’s brands on TikTok Shop, AliExpress and Temu, starting from nothing. In less than a month they were fully up and running, so Mars could sell on the marketplaces that matter in Poland.

  1. Start No official Mars Petcare stores on TikTok Shop, AliExpress or Temu
  2. Under a month Official stores live for every brand, fully working and selling in Poland
  3. Now Taking the stores to new markets

Before you get in touch

What is e-commerce as a service (EaaS)?

We become your brand’s external e-commerce department. One team runs your online sales across your own Shopify store, bd24.pl and 18+ marketplaces, from setup and listings to fulfilment, customer service and reporting.

How is EaaS priced?

A monthly fee, tailored to your brand and the channels in scope. We prepare a proposal after an initial consultation.

Do you buy our stock?

No. We work on a consignment basis: we sell your products on your behalf as your external e-commerce department.

Which marketplaces do you sell on?

We are active on 18+ marketplaces across 11+ countries, including the platforms shown on this page. We agree the right mix for your range before we start.

Can we start with just one channel?

Yes. You can start with a single channel and add more whenever you are ready.

How quickly can we go live?

On marketplaces, usually within 1–2 weeks. A dedicated Shopify store takes about a month, once we have all the information we need from you.

Who owns our Shopify store and customer data?

You do. We build the store for you as a separate project at a fixed cost, and running it is covered by its own agreement. The store and all customer data remain yours.

Who creates the product content and translations?

We create the product content and translate it into Polish. Original photos and brand materials come from you, or from a marketing agency if you prefer to outsource them.

What data and reporting do we get?

Full transparency: custom reporting on sales, stock and performance for every channel, so you can make the best decisions for your brand’s growth online.

Which payment methods will customers see?

Payment options depend on the sales channel. We review the checkout methods available, including local options relevant to Polish shoppers, as part of the setup. The agreed channel plan defines what customers will be able to use.

Who handles customer questions and returns?

Responsibilities for customer service, returns and complaints are set out in the agreed operating model. We can manage those activities where they are in scope.
